Why did Jacintha Saldanha commit suicide over a prank?

Jacintha Saldanha (pictured above left) is the 46 year old nurse who
killed herself after being duped by a hoaxer pretending to be the Queen.
Three days before her death, Mrs Saldanha was manning the hospital
switchboard where Kate Middleton was taken to for acute morning
sickness when she took a call from two Australian radio presenters – Mel
