HOW TO BACK UP YOUR FACEBOOK INFORMATIONS AND AS WELL DOWNLOAD IT

Facebook allows you to download a copy of all your information on Facebook, the information which includes namely

 1: Your profile information

2: Wall posts and content thatyou and your friends have posted to your profile

3: Photos and videos that you have uploaded to your account

4: Your friend list

5:Your sent and received messages

6:Any comments that you and your friends have made on your Wall posts, photos, and other profile content

HOW TO DOWNLOAD ALL INFORMATION ON YOUR FACEBOOK PAGE

1: Log in to your Facebook account

2:Click on the setting icon at the top right of your Facebook page and Select Account Settings

3: Then click General in the Left hand column

4: Click the "Download" button on the page that follows.

5: After you click "Download",you will receive a Facebook pop-up message stating that they are "gathering" all your information into a ZIP formatted file for you to download.

NOTE: The message says it may take a while and that they will send you an e-mail when the file is ready to be downloaded.
